This document is endorsed and sealed by the HopeBridge Leadership Team. All terms below fall under organizational protection and governance.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of any materials, communications, platforms, or digital services offered by HopeBridge (“the Organization”). By accessing or participating in any HopeBridge programs, platforms, or systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose

HopeBridge is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to empowering communities through compassion-driven programs, transparency, and dignity. Our systems—both digital and physical—are intended for legitimate, ethical, and mission-aligned use only.

3. Eligibility and Access

4. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, graphics, logos, and written materials created by or for HopeBridge are the property of HopeBridge unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or alter any materials without prior written consent, except for educational or mission-aligned purposes with attribution.

5. Code of Conduct

6. Data Privacy

HopeBridge is committed to safeguarding data. We may collect information for program reporting, communications, or impact tracking. All data is handled securely and ethically and is not sold or misused.

7. Limitation of Liability

HopeBridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its systems or programs. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

8. Amendments

These Terms may be updated occasionally. HopeBridge will notify active users of material changes. Continued use after updates indicates agreement to revised Terms.

9. Donor Rights & Transparency

HopeBridge is committed to transparent and ethical use of donor contributions. Donors have the right to know how funds are used, receive timely receipts, and request additional information regarding financial stewardship. We are accountable to our partners and communities for every coin entrusted to our mission.

10. Third-Party Payment Services

HopeBridge uses secure third-party services (e.g., PayPal, IntaSend, M-PESA) to process donations. While we partner only with trusted platforms, each service operates under its own terms and policies. We recommend reviewing those third-party terms before donating. HopeBridge is not liable for disruptions originating from external platforms.

11. Volunteer & Event Participation

By volunteering for or attending a HopeBridge program or activity, you agree to participate at your own risk. HopeBridge is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages incurred during events or field operations. We encourage all volunteers to communicate health needs or special considerations in advance.

12. Mobile Money Donations

Mobile donations made via M-PESA or other mobile channels are processed securely through official Paybill numbers. HopeBridge does not collect or store PINs, SMS confirmations, or sensitive financial details shared during mobile transactions.

13. Tax Deductibility

Unless explicitly stated, donations made to HopeBridge are not currently tax-deductible. We operate as a nonprofit community initiative and will update supporters if eligibility for tax-exempt status is formally obtained.
